Archie’s Child Bereavement Service

Supporting children and young people with bereavement support in Grampian, Highland and Tayside.

Children and young people grieve in their way and at their own pace. Age and developmental stage will make a difference in how a child or young person manages grief.

We provide resources, information and support to families and carers where a child or young person is bereaved, including suitable books to help the child on their journey through grief.

We provide opportunities for children and young people to come together to acknowledge their grief and share activities and memory work in a safe and supportive environment.

We run a confidential helpline, which is staffed on a part-time basis.

Currently this is Monday to Friday from 9:30 until 2:30 pm.
